Round-up review: our score and verdict are based on published specs and reviews from across the web, not our own play-testing yet.

Wilson’s Super Tour 9 Pack is the red tour bag you see on club benches: two big compartments, one lined with Thermoguard, and padded straps for backpack or shoulder carry. It suits league and squad players hauling three or four rackets, shoes and a change of kit, and anyone who likes the red Wilson look without going to a 12-pack.

What fits

Wilson rates it for up to nine rackets, five in each main compartment, but nobody carries nine. Treat it as three or four rackets in the Thermoguard side, which shields frames and strings from a hot boot, and shoes, balls, towel and clothes in the other. Two large accessory pockets on the outside have mesh pockets inside for grips, dampeners and valuables. A semi-moulded shell holds its shape when half empty, and there are grab handles on the top and the end.

Shoes are the one compromise. This 2025 red version has a removable shoe sack rather than a built-in vented pocket, and Tennis Warehouse’s one owner review, five stars for room and build, admits to missing the compartment. The previous Super Tour 9 red, still on sale at Pro:Direct, had three compartments and a zipped, ventilated shoe pocket, so check which generation you are buying.

Carrying it

The straps are padded, adjustable and attached, and convert between backpack and over-the-shoulder carry. At 76 cm long it fits across a car boot and under a bench. The shell is plain polyester rather than anything exotic, and the Tennis Warehouse owner rates the material quality highly.

Verdict

Roomy, well organised and good value for a 9-pack, with the single caveat that shoes go in a sack rather than a vented pocket. If that matters, buy the older three-compartment version while Pro:Direct still has it.
