The newer of two related current Phantom models, adding Prince’s O-Port vent system and a stiffer beam over the classic Phantom 100X it sits alongside. It suits advanced and intermediate-advanced control players who want a thin-beam, low-power, high-feel frame, and it’s a full-swing player’s racket rather than a beginner-friendly one.
How it plays
Dwell time and touch are exceptional, particularly valuable for one-handed backhands, volleys and drop shots. Despite the thin beam it’s genuinely comfortable on the arm relative to most modern control frames, and the O3 update brings back stability and a little more pop compared with older O-Port Prince frames while keeping that plush feel intact.

Touch and comfort are consistently praised, alongside the added stability this generation brings. The arm-friendly positioning comes from flex and damping rather than light weight, so it’s worth understanding that distinction before buying. Purists note the stiffer rating on this O3 version is a step away from the original Phantom’s signature ultra-flex feel, which some will miss.

Verdict
